Olawumi Heavens

Olawumi Heavens is passionate about Entrepreneurship, Gender Equity, Media, Good Governance and sustainable development amongst other things. She started her Event Management business back in school in the year 2002, handling logistical challenging events including the NEPAD Summit held in Abuja.

Classy Touch Events Ltd is associated with International Brands, home and abroad, and are consultants to High profile Event Management Companies.She studied History Education at the Lagos State University and went on to Benin Republic for her (PRIME) Training the Trainer course. In her 100 level she was the secretary disciplinary committee All-Nigeria United Nation Student and Youth Association (ANUNSA).

200 level she won the Junior Chamber International Nigeria Speech Contest, most outstanding participant and went on to become the sponsorship Director at her university Chapter. During her tenure she helped bring the Organisation to the notice of the then Lagos State Governor, Governor Tinubu and the National Media.300 level she was voted in as the Vice President one of the same Organisation and in 400 level, she became the Special Assistant to the Collegiate President (Over JCI chapters in about 60 higher institutions in Nigeria).

In 2005 she represented Nigeria at the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS) in Tunisia. She is the Assistant Gender Coordinator of Knowledge House Africa, a Youth and Women Empowerment NGO. She is also the Executive Assistant to the 2013 JCI Nigeria National President on Media and Publicity. She is the co-founder of Business Day Out a free training Platform for entrepreneurs. She Presents, Co-produces and directs her Program, Red Carpet Extra; shows four times a week on DSTV. She is the Vice President of Prophetic Sons International Ministry, a non-denominational organisation tasked with the role of training, equipping and activating people into the prophetic. She is a wife and Mother.
